My Big Fat Greek Family

The ancient Greeks used to paint their lovely marble works bright, garish colors.

Apparently they aren't the only ones who prefer colored statuary.

It would seem my children share their sentiments.

Look on the bright side...at least I wasn't all that fond of the bench in the first place...

It's permanent, in case you were wondering.

Oh no!! It's funny, because I was wondering if it was...permanent, I mean. Oh boo! How did they wrangle not one, but two(!) permanent markers out in the front yard and then have enough time to decorate??! Crazy kids. I suppose no one has ever doubted that your kids were mischievous and oh, so colorful (hee, hee pun intended ;)

Hehehehe. Apparently, your kids are just more cultured than most. Good thing you can paint it white or something...

Oh no! Even as I'm saying that, I'm laughing...hard. I think I even may have snorted once. Hmmm... permanent?? Uggh! I'm so sorry! I must say, their use of pattern was nice, though. ;) I agree with your friend, break out the spray paint and fix that baby up. Then, maybe IT will get pinned!!

Love the pattern! It was obviously done by a semi-educated child (who just might possibly know better?!) Such fun! These are the days...

It must be a sign that my future-elementary-arts-teacher is coming out when I look at it and think nothing of the damage done but - Wow! They Did a great job with the consistent pattern!

Heheheheh - if it makes you feel any better I can't figure out how to get the pen-mark off my walls. In my house. Ugh.
