Why I Do It

Ezra has thrown up at least 17 times in a 14 hour period of time.

Georgia is on the mend from a month long diaper rash, bad to the point of bloodiness.

Scarlett has yet another cold...

however, she also smiled at me for the first time, making it all so worth it.

Whitney! Hello! This is Christine Gibb (think BYU 85th ward) and I got your blog address through Melanie...and loved catching up on all you're doing! It sounds like you're doing great (despite sick kids) and I'm so amazed at your beautiful little family. I now have a blog of my own (finally) - www.becausegodmadeyou.blogspot.com - so you'll have to come pay us a ltitle visit!

How true!! When you don't think you can hear another whine or wipe another bottom one of the kiddos does something purely sweet and amazing and it really does put things into perspective.

Ahhhh!! I loved your songs post!! It was so fun to read. I love getting "glimpses" into people head and read some of their history. I can relate to many of your songs, too...

OH Whitney, that is just no fun at all. Poor Ezra, how is he doing now? Sorry about Georgia, when Trent was a baby he ended up being allergic to something and got the worst diaper rash and it would bleed and bleed and bleed. I hope She is feeling better now.

YEAH for Scarlett and sweet smiles - that sure is the rainbow on those rainy days.

Sooo sad! Since this post was about a week ago, I hope that everyone has mended and in better spirits! Sick kids are the worst. And what always amazes me is that they are still so happy and positive - a lesson for me. I heard you were coming out for Christmas and we are excited to see you!

Also, I need your address. Could you please email it to me - jamerlou@hotmail.com Thanks!
