Sorry for the mini-hiatus, loyal readers (although looking at my lack of comments on my last post, I'm beginning to wonder just how loyal y'all are...), but there's been a lot going on in our little corner of the world. Ezra got his tonsils and adenoids out on Monday. While the overall recovery is going a bit better then expected, there's still mountains of popsicles to eat and Loratab to force-feed around the clock. I'll be checking back in hopefully sooner rather then later.

haha I love it! We couldn't believe he was out and on a walk that same night! What a trooper! :o)

8 solid hours means 3 hours with one false alarm right?

Love the cartoons. Ezra is a little trooper and I'm glad to hear things are going better than expected. Is he tired of Popsicles yet? Or do 4 year old never tire of Popsicles?

4 year olds never officially tire of popsicles, at least not in our house.

Ha. Thanks for the guilty reminder that I forgot to comment on your last post ;) I try, but sometimes I just don't get to the writing down what I'm thinking in my head part...

I can speak from long exeperience that 4 year olds, 40 year olds and even 53 year olds do not tire of popsicles (well maybe red ones) nor do they tire of jello (well maybe red jello, but never green jello!!). I remember well getting my tonsils out, I was in the 7th Day Adventist hospital in Hong Kong on my mission. But the mango popsicles made it all worth it!!

Sorry I didn't comment either. I think it must've been I am still waiting for Steph to add some pictures to her's for you!!

Tell Exra to hang in there, we scoff at pain! ;-)

whit, i love your blog. it makes me chuckle each time i read it b/c i love imagining your family and it's insanity. spenc is awesome and keeps things lively and fun and your kiddos compound it all! i must say that your girls always look so beautiful and "done up" and i love it! don't you appreciate a hubby who lets you girly your girls and keep the bows in and dresses on? spencer seems to tolerate it, as does weston and that makes them great! loves and hope all is well!

I hope he gets feeling better! I was glad you were able to still come to book group this week. It wouldn't be the same without you.

Hey sorry I totally missed that he was getting them out. Trust me it is much better now. Layla had hers out at two and Brian this year at twenty eight. They are a million times easier now. But let us know if we can do a popsicle run for you. Or maybe a trip to the peach wave. If you haven't gone we should go. Frozen yogart you pay for by weight and build yourself.
