My Little Casanova

Ezra: Here's a flower {ie: weed} mom. You need to put it in your hair 'cause that's what girls do with flowers.

Me: That's what girls do, huh? And what do boys do with flowers?

{after a few moments of brow-puckering concentration}

Ezra: They give them to girls to put in their hair.

Smart little guy, that one.

Only cute little boys can get away with giving a woman a weed and having it pass as a flower! What a sweetie.

*We missed you guys at Ruby's this year :(

Love, love, love it. He is the sweetest little one. I love that he loves to give you "flowers". If you come to my house we have a whole "garden" in my front yard. ;) You were so smart to post this. Good memories.

Oh that is so sweet! I hope he remembers that as he gets older! (To always give a girl a flower, that is).

So to answer your question about what to do with curly hair. I get Charley's hair wet and then give it an odd fashioned scrunching with the fingers, I then add (yes it is weird) but I add a little baby lotion. I use to always slather the lotion on after her bath because well it makes them smell so good. I just continued doing that (but not as much) It seems to keep the curl. I have just recently also been adding a little gel.
Good luck! Gotta love the curls!
