Without fail, every school year brings a loop of Billy Madison/Adam Sandler's Back to School song in my head.
This week brought the return of the school year. I can't believe how quickly the summer flew by! Luckily we had a cool front move in, bringing 80* weather, so at least if feels like it should be school time :)
Ezra is an official full-day school kid now that he's in big 1st Grade!

(ps-tooootally didn't have a say in this outfit. there's nothing wrong with it...it just isn't quite up to First Day standards in my book ;)
Miss Georgia is oh-so-excited to be in half-day Kindergarten!
Both she and I are looking forward to the daily break from each other ;)
I can't even believe they're so old...
yet I've also been looking forward to this day for a very. long. time.

Crazy to think they're so big, yet you deserve the little break it brings. ;) Now if you can just lock the other two away...
Ahhh- when did Georgia get so tall? My goodness maybe we should tell our kids to slow down a bit, they're starting to make me feel old.
